Who knows where the mission statement of any organization really begins? It starts with the core values which we embrace … It tells our customers who we are and what we stand for. For me, it began with my grandfather... Harry Palmer who we all simply knew as “Pap.”

“Pap” was the guy who set the standards in our lives … the man whose values have guided me ever since I started New Age Associates: “If you can’t do it right… don’t do it.” … “Someone will always be there to do a job cheaper … you be there to do it better!”

“Pap” lived by those standards and, as far as he was concerned, his grandsons had better live by them too! As I build homes, I know very well that those values of quality which “Pap” instilled in me when I was a kid really guide me everyday. “Pap” was a plasterer, and he was the best. Here at New Age, we still have plastered walls .. And they still make a big difference in appearance, acoustic value and heat retention. And of course, that made “Pap” proud and happy!

As you tour our model, we urge you to look for the quality which New Age brings you at every turn. When I made a decision to build homes, I knew that I could never compromise quality just to keep the price competitive. Instead, I constantly do lots of research to keep tabs on material pricing. That way, I can bring you a home at a price you can afford and still feature quality in every detail. If I didn’t do that, what would “Pap” say?
